Objectives: This course focuses on giving the student a good perspective on managing both medium and large scale IT projects. A student should be able to do the following
• Develop a project plan.
• Define project deliverables and constraints
• Perform resource scheduling
• Perform Cost-Benefit Analysis
• Be able to use MS project or any other project management and scheduling tool.
