The course: Principles of Leadership provide learners with knowledge, concepts and skills that can improve their Leadership and management capacity. Some interesting topics will include differences between leadership and management, duties, characters in a group and communicating in tensed conditions. Learning will combine, theory with practice and experiential knowledge; and will be very participatory.
At the end of the course, students should be able to practice in their communities and future job places.
